Costume Portraits
Color portraits will be taken of your child in full costume and will be delivered through an online gallery where you will be able to download your digital files and share with family and friends!
Photo packages must be purchased by December 24th, 2025. Late orders will be charged an extra $25 and will be delivered after all other galleries have been sent out.
Photo galleries will be delivered by February 15th, 2026.
All cast members are required to attend this photo shoot whether or not a package has been purchased. Please refer to the BW Nutcracker schedule for photo shoot dates and times.
FAQ:
Q: If I am cast in more than one role, will all of images be included?
A: Yes! All of your images will be included in your gallery if you purchased package 2 or 3
Q: Are sibling photos included?
A: Yes! Each sibling will need to purchase their own package but once you've purchased those, all images will be included in your gallery if you purchased package 2 or 3
Q: Can I still use my print credit if I missed the deadline?
A: No. Once the deadline to use your print credit passes, you would no longer be able to use your print credit so make sure to order your prints right away!
Q: What if my dancer is unable to attend the rehearsal when the candids are being photographed? Do I get refunded a portion of my photo package?
A: The rehearsal candids are included as an extra bonus within the package, so we aren’t able to issue partial refunds if a dancer is unable to attend. Your package still includes the portraits and group photos, ensuring you receive a beautiful collection of Nutcracker memories
