Costume Portraits

Color portraits will be taken of your child in full costume and will be delivered through an online gallery where you will be able to download your digital files and share with family and friends!

Each gallery will contain a portrait shot, full body shots, a group shot, and many other fun images!

Photo packages must be purchased by December 24th, 2024. Late orders will be charged an extra $25 and will be delivered after all other galleries have been sent out.

Photo galleries will be delivered by February 15th, 2025.

All cast members are required to attend this photo shoot whether or not a package has been purchased. Please refer to the BW Nutcracker schedule for photo shoot dates and times.

$50 Photo Gallery Print Credit

10 Downloads from the Candid Rehearsal Photo Gallery ($80 value)

$50 Credit towards a future photography session with Heather Haynie Photography (optional) credit can be used towards a dance, family or headshot session anytime until 7/1/2025

FAQ:

Q: If I am cast in more than one role, do I need to purchase more than one package?

A: No. All of your images will be included in your gallery.

Q: Does it cost extra to get pictures with siblings?

A: No. Each sibling will need to purchase their own package but once you've purchased those, sibling pictures will be included in your gallery.

Q: Can I still use my print credit if I missed the deadline?

A: No. Once the deadline to use your print credit passes, you would no longer be able to use your print credit so make sure to order your prints right away!
